Who am I ?

I am a proud mother of two children (26 and 24) who have taught me more about the need for consistency and biological ecology than all my nutrition classes. I understand the dynamics of the life of an active woman, wife, "mamager" of an animated house eager to give priority to meals cooked at home to share moments of quality listening. Set realistic goals but also find time to be with friends and family. It's not easy and it's often those lofty goals that can set the wheels in motion. everyday stress.
I love helping people improve their health so they can live a better life. I believe there are more and more pitfalls in modern life that make us sick. My goal is to get to the bottom of these concerns so that overall health is improved. I am committed to supporting you and enabling you to create change, whether for yourself or for your child/adolescent.
I enjoy working with young and old, supporting the many branches of autoimmunity, digestion, energy and mood disorders, hormonal imbalances, fertility, and skin issues. I'm looking for underlying inflammatory factors. We work together to restore the balance.
I hope to help people improve their health, but above all to teach them how to stay healthy and optimize it.

There is so much confusion and mixed messages. My goal is to focus on a nutritional approach that relates to your needs, your health goals where you are in your life right now. A perfect diet does not in itself bring perfect well-being, it is the way we breathe, sleep, drink and digest our food as well as the time we take for ourselves that conditions our optimal balance. Better health for you can mean fewer symptoms, more energy, more restful sleep, a peaceful mind, or feeling happier.
Working with me is not a quick fix. Generally, I see people for a long first visit (90 minutes), then several times over the following months, then more rarely as their health improves.
We work together to achieve your personal health goals using functional medicine approaches, and along the way, you learn what your body needs to be and stay healthy. This approach tends to have lasting effects and benefits. After the consultation, you will receive a detailed health plan based on our session. Additional materials may also be sent to you so that you really know how to implement the protocol.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I worked as a Nutritional Coach for over 10 years in Singapore and France
Certified in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine from the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). I also took the AFMCP (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice) from the Institute of Functional Medicine USA
I am a Certified Coach accredited by the ACC of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Certified Coach in Physical Activity and Pilates (STOTT). I worked as the general manager for Body with Soul, an integrative medicine center. I am an insatiable learner, runner, cyclist, loving life and sharing.
